COLD UDON NOODLE

Use udon noodle with a mild spicy and tangy flavor. Serve chilled.

Vegetable Cold Udon Noodle

Served with three types of mushrooms, carrots, and vegetable garnishes.

Chicken Cold Udon Noodle

Served with slices of tender chicken breast and vegetable garnishes.

 

CURRY

Japanese style curry made with our house-made soup broth. Slightly sweet and spicy.

Curry Udon Noodle

Served with udon noodle, chicken, carrot, onion, and red ginger.

Katsu Curry Udon Noodle

Served with udon noodle, Tonkatsu (pork tenderloin), chicken, carrot, onion, and red ginger.

Japanese Crispy Wonton

Chopped shrimps and minced pork are marinated for 24 hours in our special soy sauce and essence of dried scallops. Then chopped baby bamboo shoots and shredded wood ears are added for a unique flavor. Our wrappers are house-made to a thin consistency with imported Japanese flour. Deep fried to a crispy golden-brown finish.

Fresh Red Chili Pepper

Shredded red chili pepper. Intense spicy flavor.

Special Spicy Sauce

Made of dried scallops, steamed cured ham, dried shrimp and fresh red chili pepper. Slow cooked in low heat to an intense flavor. ( Level 1 and Level 2)

Mini Curry Rice

Keiki Ramen

Keiki size ramen. Served with sausage, scrambled egg, fish cakes and tempura flakes.

Goma Tei Ramen was first opened at Ward Center in 2006(recently closed), followed by Ala Moana Center in 2009, Pearlridge Center in 2014, and Kahala Mall in 2015.
